ABOUT KB HANDYMAN SERVICES

From an early age I was always known for taking apart everything and seeing how it worked. I went from school to college and qualified as a mechanic. I built up an excellent reputation in the local area for the quality of my workmanship and my work ethic.

At the time my hobbies and interests were renovating my houses so I could move up the property ladder. This included new kitchens & bathrooms, wall knock throughs, carpentry & plumbing and everything in between. Everyone always commented on the quality of my work and asked me to do jobs for them.

I believed (and was told many times), once you're a good mechanic you can put your hand to anything. Feeling as though I'd got as far as I could in the motor trade without having my own unit, I decided I was going to have a career change and move into a trade similar to what I had been enjoying in my spare time.

Over the last several years I have been working as a mobile service engineer, carrying out handyman repairs on relocatable hospital units. This  involved repairs & modifications to anything, small electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry and quality control. More recently I have been working in the local area for a general builder.

After constantly being asked to do jobs for my family and friends, I decided it was time to chase the dream of working for myself & set up my own handyman service. So here I am.

Being born & raised in Yate, I cover all surrounding local areas: Chipping Sodbury, Wickwar, Frampton Cotterell, Rangeworthy, Coalpit Heath and many more.
